Come and join JLR as an Information Security Training Specialist - Cyber!
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and deliver a comprehensive training programme aimed at enhancing employees' awareness of information cyber security risks. As the Information Cyber Security Training Specialist, you will implement cyber training initiatives on a global scale. Your key tasks will include identifying the needs of target audiences, developing tailored programmes, and managing their effectiveness. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in reducing information security risks at JLR.

Working closely with various teams, you will ensure that all employees are well-informed and equipped to handle cyber threats. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions as part of the information cyber security training programme, ensuring content is relevant and impactful for all participants.
* Identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs, using data-driven insights to tailor the training approach.
* Lead the Cyber Knowledge squad as a subject matter expert, supporting the delivery of cyber security training and measurement activities, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
* Create and deliver annual e-learning training materials for office and manufacturing colleagues globally, incorporating interactive elements to enhance engagement and retention.
* Take ownership of the Information Cyber Security Training strategy and plan, ensuring specific target audiences have the necessary tools and training to keep JLR secure, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Learning and Development Platforms: Proficiency in using and managing learning and development platforms to create, implement, and maintain accessible training programmes.
* Engaging Content Creation: Strong writing skills to develop engaging and informative e-learning materials, quick guides, and other educational resources.
* Communication and Engagement: Excellent communication skills to engage with employees and promote cybersecurity awareness through training sessions and workshops.
* Information Security Knowledge and Cyber Understanding: Good knowledge of information security and cybersecurity principles, including current threats and best practices.
