Westfield Primary School is a friendly and innovative school situated on the fringes of Midsomer Norton. We have a strong and supportive ethos across the whole school community and all staff, pupils, and parents care about and contribute to the development of the school.
We always consider the wellbeing of everyone in the school and ensure that the school environment is attractive and well maintained.
We have outstanding ICT provision; school lunches are brilliant; a large staff car park and only ten miles from the beautiful city of Bath!
We need a teacher who expects the best from themselves, their pupils and the school; who values support and colleagues and who wants to develop.
The Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
We welcome applications from ECTs as well as applications from more experienced practitioners.
Visits are warmly welcomed and actively encouraged. Please telephone or email us if you would like to come and look around the school.
Westfield Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
