Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, with an in-depth knowledge of eRostering and Temporary Staffing, to manage the Rostering and Resourcing team for Lincolnshire Community Health Services. It provides effective management of temporary staffing placements within the Trust, in order to support a flexible, safe and cost-effective workforce. The rostering and resourcing team provide an extremely active and successful flexible staffing service to the Trust for all groups of staff including nursing, medical locums, estates and facilities, admin & clerical, allied health professionals and healthcare scientists. The Senior Health Roster Specialist, is responsible for service delivery, operational management and leadership of the Rostering and Resourcing team. (8 staff) in order to deliver effective, safe and cost effective service's to the Trust and Group. To plan and deliver training to clinical and management staff on how to use the system to roster staff and to access relevant KPIs and reports To plan and deliver/implement link for each area to payroll.
