The upcoming years within the renewable energy sector promise excitement. Due to the ongoing growth of both the sector and our business, we are seeking a Customer Advisor to join the team - experience within the industry not required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Role Purpose
To assist in proper flow of the sales office, assisting team members by carrying out administrative duties, such as answering telephone calls, heat loss calculations and general administration for the department. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for visitors, customers and vendors online and via telephone.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Answering incoming calls, dealing with customers as necessary
* Complete initial and final heat loss calculations in a timely manner (training provided)
* Sizing and pricing radiators for customers (training provided)
* Drafting and issuing customer proposals
* Following up proposals with customers
* Working alongside surveyor to answer customer queries and booking surveys with customers
* Collating surveyor paperwork and responding to customers
* Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
* Once sold and contract has been issued to client, produce a thorough handover document for operations team.
Desirable Skills
* Administrative experience
* Previous experience in similar company desirable
* IT skills – use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus – familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce would be ideal, though not essential
* Attention to detail
* No prior renewable energy experience? No problem! Full training will be provided; we simply require a willingness to learn.
The Package:
* Up to £25,000 per annum + a bonus/commission of up to £5,000.
* 22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing by one day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days)
