This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare by supporting the education and development of students across several disciplines, including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, and Dietetics, with a focus on Physiotherapy. You will be based at Peterborough City Hospital with occasional attendance at teams across other Trust sites.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Provide visual support and guidance to pre-registration students, apprenticeships, and those returning to practice.
2. Collaborate with clinical teams to implement non-traditional placement models, enhancing and expanding placement capacity across the four professions, with a focus on Physiotherapy.
3. Work across three hospital sites to facilitate placements, training, and education for re-registration students.
4. Partner with the AHP Practice Educator to ensure high-quality practice placements for pre-registration students.
5. Foster strong relationships with practice placement educators and external stakeholders.
