Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Project Support Officer for a Local Authority Client based in Berkshire. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of transformation projects, coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. About the role: Coordinate and manage project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation. Monitor and update project plans, risk registers, and progress reports to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Support stakeholder engagement through workshops, consultations, and effective communication channels. Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to enable evidence-based decision-making. About you: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience in providing administrative or project support, with strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 or Agile). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Analytical skills, including experience with data collection, interpretation, and reporting.
