Job Description - Actively manage customer expectations - inform and involve stakeholders on regular occasions and in appropriate manner. - Responsible for vehicle data acquisition. - Tasks involve installing, testing and monitoring vehicle data logs. - Management, tracking and retrieving logs. - Creating datalogger configurations including XCP over Flexray/ CAN. - Report plans, results and defects in weekly meetings through fault tracking system. - Perform system and module integration testing on vehicles. - Support root cause investigations for software bugs and support software development team to implement fix. - Work with customer test teams to plan and execute software validation. - Issue software release documentations to customer in time for software release. - Provide on-site or remote support to engineering teams during builds/issue investigations. Profession and Personal Capabilities (Required & Preferred) - Knowledge of vehicle networks, electrical systems and architectures. - Experience with Vector tools, CANoe/ CANape. - Experience of working with electrified vehicles. - Engineering experience with automotive or similar products. - Knowledge of vehicle dataloggers GIN/ TTTech. - Knowledge of relevant industry standards, processes and rules and internal decision-making structures. - Experience in risk management, problem resolution, lessons learned, escalation, and claim management. - Knowledge of relevant technology and processes, software and/or services and different engineering and base solutions. - Effective communication with customers, customer relationship management, and customer collaboration. - Knowledge of Continental and its environment, the corporate strategy and its goals are desirable. - Willingness to travel to support customer projects at multiple international locations.
