Our goal is to be the leading supplier of wireless telecoms sites services in the UK. We are looking for Project Co-Ordinator to be part of our Acquisition and Designteamin the UK. This is initially a twelve-month fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent. What will you be doing? As the Project Coordinator will assist the Delivery Management team with the co-ordination and administration of the network rollout activities of the Business unit. Projects vary from adding new technologies to existing sites and simple power swaps to the installation of new sites within a defined project, geographical area or UK wide. This role fits within Waldon Telecom's Operational Support Team and will work collaboratively with the acquisition, design and build teams. You will work 3 days at home and 2 days in the West Byfleet, Surrey OR Diseworth, Derby office. Whatwill your key responsibilities be? Organising internal and external resource. Populating our Internal Sitetracker platform and client databases to ensure we are capturing requirements, cancellation and escalations. Reviewing processes and contributing to continuous improvement by accurate reporting. Speaking with landlords, agents and suppliers to arrange meetings and visits. Other administrative tasks as required to support delivery. What skills and experience are we looking for? Previous experience of working as a Project or ProgrammeCo-ordinator. Strong attention to detail. A team player who can adapt quickly to changing demands. Proficient in all Microsoft packages. A problem solver who is committed to excellent service. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and work flexibly with changing priority. Highly motivated. Experience of working in the mobile telecommunications industry would be advantageous.
