Main purpose of the role To provide support for the Compound Manager in supervising the day-to-day activities completed by the compound team. Your key responsibilities will be: Manage the team - supervise and motivate a team of 20 compound drivers, reviewing the daily tasks and ensuring that the team meets the targets and KPI’s whilst completing the work required to the highest standards HR support - manage staff absences, approving holidays, manage staff meeting, review staff performance and skill-test potential new starters Reporting - complete daily reports for the Site Manager H&S - ensure that your team complies with our Health & Safety regulations Skills and experience required: Previous supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) Own a Full UK Driving Licence Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office- Outlook and Excel Strong communication skills We’ve put everything in place to ensure you thrive.
