Package: Circa £50k-£60k basic with a six-figure uncapped OTE, which must be one of the best in the construction industry, an additional profit share scheme, pension and healthcare

The Role – Business Development Manager:
* A specification and contractor sales role creating demand and securing sales for a lightweight metal rainscreen system, which is A1 fire rated and comes with a 30-year single point guarantee
* Tracking and winning commercial new-build and recladding projects across the private and public sector
* Working with architects, surveyors and contractors, with a focus on the education and healthcare sectors, but being free to roam
* Managing and following the specification process through to securing it with the contractors and specialist installers, and overseeing the installation
* There is a clear career path, with the opportunity in time to build a small team around you
