Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments.
* Perform credit assessments and monitor credit limits.
* Resolve outstanding payment issues effectively and promptly.
* Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
* Liaise with customers to address queries and support payment processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve payment workflows.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
* Proficiency with ERP systems for account management and reporting.
* Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
