Our mission: helping people to a better future About The Role We are looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic Litigation team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on complex legal matters within a reputable and growing firm. Supporting an experienced legal team, this role will offer exposure to a range of client matters and commercial litigation cases. A desire to learn, develop and work as part of a busy and collaborative team will be essential for this role. What This Role Would Include With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice. Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases with potential to manage your own caseload under supervision as the role develops. Assisting with the screening of new enquiries, conducting legal research, drafting of statements and relevant documents. The proof reading and editing of documents, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. What We Are Looking For While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement: Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment. Excellent organisational skills and demonstrates a high level of client service. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
