Brand Strategy Lead (6-Month Contract) – Hybrid Working

The Role
As Brand Strategy Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing brand initiatives across operational environments. You’ll also explore new market opportunities through pop-up activations and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement brand strategies across various operational environments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Identify and deliver pop-up opportunities and market expansion initiatives to reach new audiences.
3. Collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective brand execution.
4. Lead cross-functional projects, working with internal teams to bring brand initiatives to life.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with:
1. Proven experience in brand strategy development and implementation.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with regional teams.
3. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of key projects.
4. A problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving commercial environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (no specialist design software required).

• Contract: 6 months (initial)
• Location: Hybrid (60% office, 40% remote)
• Hourly rate (PAYE) £27.88 - £31.10
