About the Role As an IT Support Analyst, you'll deliver high-quality technical support across the organisation. Working on tickets raised by users, you'll troubleshoot issues both remotely and in person, covering hardware, software, and mobile devices. You will also support IT operations, including user onboarding, asset management, and adherence to security protocols. Key Responsibilities: Resolving support tickets efficiently for hardware, software, and mobile devices. Providing remote and in-person support for Office 365, email configuration, and system troubleshooting. Managing IT assets including deployment, tracking, and decommissioning. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. Contributing to security and compliance with updates, MFA setup, and data protection. Occasional travel to alternate sites to provide on-site IT support. About You: 2-3 years of experience in a 2nd line IT support role. Expertise in Office 365 administration, Windows OS, and Active Directory. Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VPN). Familiarity with Intune for mobile device management.
