The role of Bank Cleaner will include:

Undertaking general duties as assigned, such as maintaining the cleanliness of all communal areas, offices, and the kitchen

Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard

Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment

Maintaining stock levels, restocking as required and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes
:
Helping to prepare meals and drinks, following food hygiene standards, and ensuring the needs of our customers are met

Ensuring customers' privacy and dignity are maintained and respected
Skills and experiences:

Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable

Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment

Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering, or willing to work towards

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

A general understanding of health and safety in the work place
