The role of Proposition Manager is really important to us. Specialising in Telecoms, IT, and IoT, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative proposition solutions that drive business growth and meet customer needs in the market. You will play a critical role in defining product strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products to market. You will be an inquisitive and highly creative Proposition Manager with a proactive attitude, capable of embodying our company's core values and behaviours. You should be adept at driving business performance, fostering customer and quality excellence, and promoting colleague engagement. Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be… Lead the end-to-end proposition development process, from concept to launch. Develop and execute proposition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends in the telecoms, IT, and IoT sectors. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives, including revenue growth, customer adoption, and user satisfaction. What do we expect of you? Strong understanding of telecom technologies, IT systems, and IoT platforms and solutions. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable business results and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
