The Major Account Representative will be responsible for managing and developing business across specific major accounts. The successful candidate will also identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue by utilizing management information and market knowledge, while building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
1. Significant experience working in an area sales role within the construction/hire industry is essential.
2. A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth by maximizing opportunities from existing Major Accounts.
3. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
4. An effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize workload.
5. Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word, and CRM systems.
6. Driving Licence (Essential).
Please note this role will include extensive travel across the UK with a specific focus on the North East.
