ABOUT THE ROLE
I am 31-year-old man looking for the right people to join my dedicated established team, so I am able to live life and have different opportunities. I live at home with my Mum and my beloved dog Luna. I love being surrounded by my family. I have an interest in wrestling and really love everything about WWE, I am an avid fan! I communicate with Picture Exchange (PECs) and require people to be able to help me navigate the world. I'm looking for individuals to support me with all aspects of daily living, support my communication, and very importantly assist me on activities.
I require my team to support me with moving and assisting, I am unsteady on my feet and require two people with me wherever I go. I need support in continence care, and personal care as well as team members to support me with epilepsy medication. However, this has not been needed for some time now. I need full support with pushing me around in my wheelchair whilst out and about.
ABOUT YOU
Someone with a caring friendly, nature, reliable and trustworthy working alongside my family and team. We also ask that you are a driver and have access to a vehicle. Car drivers with a full, clean driving license are essential, and candidates must meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.
Experience in care and support preferred.
