As Account Handler, you will be working closely with the Account Executives, ensuring a high-quality support service is provided across all New Business and Renewal responsibilities. Key Duties for the Account Handler role include: Putting New Business and Renewal Commercial presentations together and marketing to the insurer panel on behalf of the Account Executive. Speaking to/liaising with the insurers with any queries and ensuring the best terms are secured. Relaying information to the Account Executive and putting together quotation packs for the Account Executive to issue to each client. Once secured, binding cover and issuing documents to the clients. Wrapping up the case, loading all information onto the internal Case Management system and arranging finance etc. We are looking for: Experience within a commercial insurance broking environment as an Account Handler is required. Knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products would be hugely beneficial. Being very organised and able to manage time effectively. Strong administrative ability, along with excellent grammar and written communication skills.
