What you’ll be doing: Supporting people to live independently, this can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking. Encourage and support with activities in the service and out in the community. Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living. Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support. Administering medication when required – full training will be given. Experience with autism an advantage Who you are: Positive, motivated and passionate about providing the very best support. Self-motivated and committed to the role. Have good communication and listening skills. Flexible as shifts are on a rota basis and may include waking nights depending on the service requirements.
