Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (plus company-wide quarterly bonuses)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (office-based)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
* Processing orders, quotes, and inquiries swiftly and accurately.
* Assisting customers with queries, problems, and basic product information.
* Managing returns, credits, and other administrative tasks with precision.
* Engaging in proactive sales activities, such as following up on quotes and inquiries.
* Supporting the external sales team to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
* A quick learner who can efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure.
* Someone who excels in customer interaction and remains calm in stressful situations.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong willingness to learn.
* A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
