4-Days Per Week in Hounslow and 1-Day Working from Home
Job Description:
* An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their busy and expanding, Project Management team focussing on Commercial Office Fit-Outs (Cat-A, Cat-B) as well some minor works projects
* Conducting background research, data collection and bench marking
* Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
* Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable
* Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
* Tracking and documenting changes
* Preparing written project communication materials
* Preparing formal project progress and other reports
* Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
Qualifications:
* Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (4-5+ years experience minimum) working with a leading consultancy with a focus on Commercial Office Fit Outs projects (Cat-A, Cat-B Fit-Out / Occupier sector)
* Successfully delivering/ leading on projects and have some people management responsibilities (maybe 1-2 Graduate Project Managers)
* Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
