Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end UX & UI design within the agile product development lifecycle.
2. Conduct user research, engaging with customers and front-line staff to identify pain points.
3. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to drive design decisions.
4. Maintain design systems and quality standards across all digital touchpoints.
5. Advocate for customer-centric design, ensuring the user voice is heard at every stage.
6. Present designs to a range of stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
7. Stay up to date with UX / UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
1. 4+ years in a human-centered design role, with at least 1 year in eCommerce design.
2. Strong understanding of UX / UI principles, design thinking, and HCD methodologies.
3. Experience creating polished visual designs aligned with brand guidelines and best practices.
4. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Google Analytics, and other design tools.
5. Ability to communicate design principles and decisions to stakeholders.
6. Strong teamwork, emotional intelligence, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience in agile environments is a plus.
8. LMS experience is a bonus.
9. Qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
