IT Service Delivery Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Liverpool - 50/50 hybrid split
We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Analyst to join a dynamic Service Delivery team within a financial services organisation. This role is crucial in supporting the Service Delivery Manager and IT Support Teams, focusing on report production, IT Change Management, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities include
* Supporting service delivery teams in recording and managing incidents and service requests.
* Conducting reviews and implementing service improvement measures.
* Producing and distributing as well as running/analysing various IT reports.
* Collaborating with Configuration, Problem, and Change Management teams.
* Managing software licenses and procurement processes.
Skills/experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong planning and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL and Power BI.
