\n\nWe have a superb opportunity for a Senior Quality Manager to join our Aviation division. \n\nAs the Senior Quality Manager you will lead, mentor and manage the VolkerFitzpatrick Quality Managers, to manage activities related to the implementation and development of the Quality Management System, as well as supporting on projects in the Aviation division. \n\nAbout you\n\nChartered Quality Manager (MCQI CQP - Member, Chartered Quality Professional).\nLead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) with demonstrable experience of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits.\nDiploma in Quality Management and ideally educated in an engineering discipline e.g.
Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineer.\nDemonstrable experience in a similar role, leading teams of Quality professionals/engineers.\nSite-based construction experience of heavy civils/building/rail.\nGood presentation, written, analytical and IT skills.\nTraining and presentation experience throughout all levels of an organisation, preferably trained to 'Train the Trainer' level.\nGood interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and educate/train at all levels.\nSelf-confidence to build strong working relationships internally and externallyIf your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
