We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Social Manager to join the Boden team. This role will help drive brand awareness among new customers on multiple social media platforms, while continuing to engage our existing audience with best-in-class social content for our customers around the world.
Location: 3 to 4 days per week based at our North Acton Office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Support the Senior Social Media Manager in creating, planning and delivering social media plans across all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter.
2. Ownership of the day-to-day social process across channels.
3. Responsible for turning social insights into action by utilising data learnings to drive relevancy and efficiency.
4. Responsible for the long-lead planning process, ensuring the team is delivering performance-enhancing briefs.
5. Support and mentor the Social Media Assistant, ensuring great teamwork in delivering shared goals.
6. Identify new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance.
7. Support with content creation shoots including research and planning.
8. Participate in content idea generation sessions.
9. Engage, moderate and grow the Boden community across all social media platforms.
10. Monitor platform developments, as well as keeping up to date with industry research, audiences and innovation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Experience in Social with a track record of delivering results.
2. A creative and innovative approach to social media content creation.
3. Happy to occasionally monitor social accounts outside of regular business hours (evenings/weekends).
4. Social native, up to date with current trends.
5. Excellent people skills and the ability to work well cross-functionally.
6. Strong attention to detail.
