In this key role, you'll lead and coordinate the across College Inclusion Practitioners and Foundation Learning Support Practitioners, ensuring seamless and effective support services across the college. You’ll manage the day-to-day operational processes, including regular one-to-ones, return-to-works, and coordinating support for students with diverse needs. Working closely with curriculum areas, you’ll ensure that support is deployed efficiently and that absences are covered with minimal disruption. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on student success and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. What we're looking for:
1. Previous experience in an education setting supporting young people with SEND.
2. Passionate about facilitating young people to achieve learning goals.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Level 2 English and Maths, or willingness to work towards.
5. Respectful of learner’s personal needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.
