We are a training practice committed to supporting newly qualified GPs and you will have a named supervisor within the Practice.
We are a dynamic, forward-thinking and friendly team. We moved to a new purpose-built Health Centre in December 2022 in the grounds of Andover War Memorial Hospital. Our PCN has a well-established Health Hub located in the town centre with easy access for patients. We are well situated in the growing town of Andover in the beautiful Test Valley near the cities of Winchester, Basingstoke & Salisbury.
Our clinical team is made up of 10 Partners, 1 Salaried GP and a Paramedic, and we are well supported by ARRS staff from our thriving PCN. We hold regular in-house clinical meetings and encourage regular coffee meetings, and a genuine open-door policy and collaborative approach. We are a training and research practice with 4 GP trainers and a supportive environment for both experienced and recently qualified GPs. Special interests and portfolio working are supported and encouraged.
We use EMIS, Docman and AccuRx and are in the process of implementing Anima.
