Part-Time Lettings Administrator £26,565 per annum pro rata (6 month fixed-term contract) 18.5 hours per week to be worked over 4/5 days (must cover Friday) Do you have a strong administration background? We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. As Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Lettings team to deliver our high-quality customer focussed lettings service. If you have proven administration experience in a customer service delivery role, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then this is a fantastic opportunity. You’ll get to use your administrative and organisational skills to deliver a first-class service to our customers, enhance our processes and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our team's operations. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the Lettings Team by assisting with pre and post tenancy work. Creating legal documents and compilation of statutory information and compliance documents for tenancy packs. Using the British Gas portal to ensure readings are submitted in line with contractual obligations. Supporting the Void Technical Officer by raising works orders to contractors. Assisting with maintaining records with our Social Housing Regulators. Accurately updating records and maintaining in-house systems. Collecting and compiling data to support the expansion and development new services. General Lettings administration. About You: You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of audiences. You will have demonstrable experience of planning and prioritising a complex workload, to meet deadlines and support the wider team. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload. You will be able to demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills with keen attention to detail. You will have at least 2 years office administration experience with a high level of understanding of IT, especially Microsoft 365 Why work for us?
