Job Description
At Emmetts, we are taking a different approach to the structure of our Service Department. We have redesigned both our Horsham and Warracknabeal Service Departments, creating a new and improved management structure that will help us work more effectively as a region and focus on what’s important - supporting our teams and delivering excellent service to our customers.
As part of this change, we are introducing a newly dedicated Pre-Delivery center designed to manage the Pre-Delivery of Machinery for our Horsham and Warracknabeal branches.
This newly created department will help to streamline our Service delivery, enabling our Service technicians to focus on delivering improved response times for our customers and dedicate their expertise across diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work.
As Pre-Delivery Lead, you will oversee and manage a small team of dedicated pre-delivery technicians. You will undertake and approve all Pre-Delivery inspections and the setup of machinery, ensuring that each unit meets quality and operational standards before delivery.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who is motivated by creating new processes, has an excellent eye for detail, and is keen to put their name to establishing a brand-new way of working for our organisation.
You’ll work in close collaboration with the Service Operations Manager, who will help guide the strategic direction of the Service department, as well as a dedicated Workshop Manager who takes care of the people leadership of the Service team and handles all external customer enquiries.
So, if you are a talented technician looking for a step up into a leadership role and the opportunity to make an impact in successfully establishing a new team, then register your interest and help us deliver a better service to our customers.
