We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Cave Hotel & Golf Resort.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality at all times.
* Manage and develop the restaurant team, providing training and support as needed.
* Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.
* Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the menu.
* Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
