Acting as a key conduit between Technology, Risk and Legal, this is a unique opportunity for someone who is technically minded and genuinely interested in InfoSec, whilst still maintaining a position in the 'business’s side of things. This individual will report directly into the C Suite, and will take ownership of the Technology Compliance element within the business, and with that, must be able to work independently. This is not a people management position, and would suit someone who is passionate about being an SME, or perhaps looking for a 'step up’ in their career.This is a fully remote position (or hybrid if wished) for a 'remote first’ company that invests in learning, development and technology. Responsibilities of the Technology Compliance Manager (PCI/DSS SME): - Management of compliance within the organisation- Management of the SOC2 test, audit & accreditation procedures- Take ownership of the PCI/DSS certification process- Ensure compliance with data legislation and GDPR- Lead on data-related requirements with the move into new international countries Background of the Technology Compliance Manager (PCI/DSS SME): - A solid knowledge of PCI/DSS is absolutely essential for this role- A robust knowledge of SOC2- Ability to work independently on own, and take ownership of related compliance based tasks- Ability to show initiative on process improvement- Able to example within CV, senior stakeholder management, ideally to C Suite levelIs this job for you?
