Senior Corporate Account Handler Opportunity
Are you a Corporate Broker excelling in your role and doing an incredible job for your clients, yet watching the Account Executives and Directors reap all the financial rewards?
This client truly understands the crucial role Corporate Brokers play within their business and recognises (and financially rewards) performance across their teams.
They offer a truly adult culture with significant working flexibility after initial onboarding and training, including 1 day per week in the office.
You will be an expert capable of dealing with large commercial clients and enjoy working autonomously. You will control your own career progression, whether moving into a senior, more technical position or supporting team management responsibilities.
You will work with empowering and generous Directors, have great earning potential, and be part of a well-known market player.
You're naturally advice-led, your clients value what you do for them, and you're reliable—probably speaking with your clients more than your own Account Executive.
Would you relish managing a portfolio of loyal clients, with GWP ranging from £20,000 to over £100,000 for their insurance programs?
No two days are the same; your clients span various industries such as life sciences, technology, and food & drink, involving both new business and existing broking.
The company's culture is key to their success. You will be supported and empowered to excel. The team is professional and advice-led, yet relaxed, laid-back, and flexible in their approach.
As life becomes more expensive, focus on yourself—your earning potential and career.
If successful, you'll receive a base salary up to £60,000, including home working flexibility, a comprehensive benefits package, and share options.
To be considered, you should have experience working as a Commercial Broker Account Handler, handling a range of large commercial policies, with exposure to mid-market or larger clients, and seeking a bigger challenge.
This role considers candidates across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire.
