Fishmore Hall and Spa is a 3 Red star boutique hotel nestled in the picturesque countryside of Ludlow, Shropshire. Our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant delivers modern British cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce.
As the hotel starts a new chapter, we are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside an experienced culinary team, and be part of a renowned hotel and restaurant.

Role Overview:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen and the delivery of high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for your own section, ensuring that all food preparation and cooking is carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Manage and oversee your designated section, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standard.
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with our standards.
* Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients, maintaining stock levels and assisting with inventory management.
* Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
* Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role, ideally in a high-end or luxury hotel setting.
* Strong passion for fresh, locally sourced food and innovative cooking techniques.
* Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
* Attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality dishes.
* A professional attitude towards food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
