Do you work in Demand Planning?Are you looking for your next challenge?Freshcut Foods are currently looking to recruit a new Demand Planner to effectively develop and maintain our long and short term forecasts.
·Maintaining rolling forecast plan and inventory holding and report back the status
·Forecasting and maintain all of our stock levels for core customers
·Collaborate with key stakeholders in the organisation to develop short and long term demand forecast
·Utilise all data available to closely monitor actual demand vs forecast to identify shortages and overs whilst identifying actions to prevent service failures
·Track forecast KPI’s including bias, accuracy and forecast value add
·Coordinate cross functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model
·Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning
* Robust analytical skills, strong communication and influencing skills to bring diverse teams to consensus
* Ability to support day to day planning as and when required
* 2 + years of experience working in Supply Chain, preferably with a focus on demand planning
* Experience in food or fast moving chilled goods industries preferred
* Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives in customer service levels
* Experience in using M3 or other MRP/ERP Systems
* Confident in the use of excel
* Confident to present data to the wider business
