Come and join the Sense Team where we are looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to work across two of our fantastic Supported Living Services in Aylesford and Margate.
This is a Permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and flexible hours. We are offering an annual salary from £28,334 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.
As a Deputy Care Manager you will provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities. You will be a frontline supervisor, supporting the manager to effectively manage a team of staff to deliver person centred, specialist services.
As you will be a Dual service manager you will be required to travel the hour or so between services and work between the two homes when required. The details of this can be discussed at interview. Due to the nature of this role, a full UK Drivers License with access to your own vehicle is required.

7. Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care desirable

9. Previous experience in the management of services and understand the legislation and requirements that governs us from CQC.
10. Knowledge of multi-sensory impairments / learning difficulties is beneficial.

12. Supporting the manager in running the service
13. Providing line management support to a team of staff
14. Creating and maintaining safe working environments in which staff can fulfil their duties.
15. Contributing to the wider planning and delivery of services within the Operational Services
16. Conduct regular supervisions.
17. Plan and manage the rota.
18. Delivering services to KPIs set within the Operational Services
