Building Relationships:The post holder will focus on developing strong working relationships across primary and secondary care, ensuring alignment in mental health service delivery. They will work closely with clinicians, place-based teams, and system partners to bridge gaps and enhance integration. Facilitating Clinical Collaboration:The role will involve supporting and leading clinical conversations and creating forums that enable multidisciplinary teams to share insights, resolve challenges, and drive service improvements. This includes chairing the Clinical Reference Group and engaging with stakeholders to shape and refine care pathways. Supporting Transformation:The post holder will support the implementation of the Norfolk & Waveney Mental Health Transformation Programme. They will focus on embedding new mental health roles in primary care and ensuring locality teams deliver on their objectives through effective collaboration and shared learning. Facilitating System Leadership: The role will involve supporting clinical decision-making processes related to individual funding requests, service redesign, and (re)procurement, ensuring alignment with system priorities and best practices. This role is critical in fostering a culture of collaboration across primary and secondary care. By supporting clinical conversations and creating spaces for dialogue, the post holder will drive improvements in care quality, integration, and patient outcomes across the system.
