About you: As the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of Allbound SDRs based in our Loughborough head office. With a strong inbound lead flow from marketing, you will ensure the team effectively qualifies and converts opportunities while also driving outbound prospecting efforts. Your role will be instrumental in refining processes, tracking key metrics, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Day-to-day, you will: • Recruit, onboard, and mentor SDRs, ensuring continuous professional growth.• Set KPIs, track progress, and implement coaching strategies for ongoing improvement.• Ensure SDRs prioritise and convert inbound leads efficiently.• Guide the team in executing effective outbound prospecting to generate new business.• Collaborate closely with marketing to improve lead quality and handover processes.• Foster a high-energy, results-driven team environment with incentives and recognition. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in a sales development / business development leadership role• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop high-performing SDRs• Strong understanding of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting strategies.• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Clari for pipeline tracking and reporting. Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills• Knowledge of the care sector is desirable but not essential. What are we all about??
