Wholesale Account Manager Are you our next Wholesale Account Manager ? We’re looking for someone to join our growing Wholesale & Franchise team, to help be the day-to-day contact point for third party partners globally, managing and developing existing relationships in the UK and Middle East, whilst also helping us develop potential new relationships in other key markets including, but not limited to: Central Europe, Central and South America and/or Asia Pacific. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: To be the day-to-day contact at Gymshark for designated wholesale / franchise relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with specified existing partners ensuring excellent internal and external customer service is upheld. Assist in implementing comprehensive strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and category extensions. Ensure customers remain informed of relevant Gymshark developments, product performance and trading strategies. Analyse customer trends and preferences to identify product development opportunities and assortment optimisation - share regional product requests for consideration. Responsible for achieving set revenue targets (forward order and in season trading). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, product buying merchandising, brand and marketing to promote customer growth and assist in establishing and refining best practice processes. Ensure brand presentation is seamless across all third-party relationships, both online and bricks and mortar. To collaborate with Product and Merchandising Teams to build a strong commercial offer for customers. Communicate and report wholesale performance to the wider group. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 5yrs commercial experience with knowledge of ecommerce and bricks and mortar retailing and or wholesale sales. Experience within fashion / sports apparel industries. Strong relationship management of wholesale and/or franchise partners. Account / sales experience in some or all of the following markets: UK, Central Europe, Middle East (Dubai, KSA), LATAM and APAC and are able to demonstrate, on a local level, knowledge of cultural barriers and relevant negotiation techniques for those markets. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and different distribution levels. Build product assortments according to segmentation level and account tiering. Ability to understand, interpret and follow legal agreements and associated terms and conditions relating to wholesale and/or franchise partnerships. Good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations in order to ensure a smooth and timely replenishment process for partners. Ability to work alongside Brand and Marketing to authentically activate the brand alongside our partners. Can demonstrate ability to work at accelerated pace. Possess strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills. Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise competing tasks effectively. Proven ability to build strong and productive business relationships. Expert communication skills with the ability to convince others to buy into initiatives/projects. Ability to think creatively and present ideas clearly in formal and informal settings. Results orientated, looking to exceed expectations. Excellent collaborator. This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
