Job summary The Eating Disorders Lead Therapist will have full responsibility for their relevant specialism (Eating Disorders) within Nightingale Hospital. They will be required to: Oversee, plan and manage safe and effective delivery of evidence-based group programmes in the Eating Disorders Service Have clinical oversight of all therapies delivered in the EDU therapies team Oversee, plan and manage safe and effective delivery of evidence-based one-to-one sessions offered by the therapies team -dietetics, OT and psychology/psychotherapy Liaise between Therapies and other departments in the unit to ensure a seamless experience for users of the service Prioritise continues development and quality improvement, including of the group therapy programmes Work closely with the Head of Therapies and Hospital Director to deliver the above.
