This is a 12-week contract, with the potential for further work on similar projects. The role requires a hands-on approach to site management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Ensuring health & safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Coordinating materials, deliveries, and site logistics. Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience managing industrial warehouse refurbishment projects. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
