Kingdom Services Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment specialist to join the team as a Vacancy Coordinator.
The Vacancy Coordinator is responsible for managing job postings, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
This role involves liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate an efficient and effective hiring experience.
Where : Head Office – Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area .
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 am - 17.00 pm.
Salary : £23,400.00 Per Annum.

Skill requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar administrative role.
* Or Previous experience in a 360 Recruitment Role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft packages.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience.
Core Responsibilities
As a Vacancy Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by facilitating communication between the Engagement Centre, Managers, and candidates.
* Provide support in the creation of job descriptions and posting vacancies for the Group.
* Linking with design to produce social media advertising.
* Sourcing/linking with new suppliers for advertising avenues.
* Sourcing/linking back to work suppliers.
* Work closely with the Engagement Centre and Operations to understand recruitment needs and priorities for frontline staffing to support the Recruitment Team.
* Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to support the Recruitment Team.
* Review current staffing pool to consider for the role before adverting live.
* Work alongside the Centre Manager and Head of Centre; advertising internal roles, shortlisting and arranging interviews for Management.
* Induct, meet, and greet all new internal starters at Head Office, giving a tour of the building, departments and on-site Health and Safety.
* Generate reports on vacancy metrics as needed.
* Collate the Centres KPI’s
* Identify opportunities to improve and streamline advertising/recruitment processes.
* Provide feedback on the effectiveness of various recruitment strategies.
* Liaising with approved agencies
* Manage advertising budgets.
* Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation.
