Key responsibilities: * Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. * Prepare and submit VAT returns and CIS returns in compliance with regulations. * Handle credit control tasks, including monitoring and chasing outstanding payments. * Oversee supplier payments, ensuring timely and efficient processing. * Post journals to maintain up-to-date financial records. * Assist in the preparation of management accounts to support financial decision-making. * Collaborate in the preparation of year-end files, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.
