We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our client’s New Vehicle Sales Department at their Lancaster site, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of new vehicles, products, and services, including labour hours, contract maintenance, vehicle leasing, and financial products, while meeting sales targets and maximizing profitability.
The role focuses on selling the Volvo Truck range, including new electric models, within a designated sales territory. The candidate will ensure customers are informed of all available options, including extras, accessories, warranties, and value-added products, while actively seeking repeat and additional sales.
Key qualifications and skills:
Proven sales experience
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs
Knowledge of industry legislation, regulations, and vehicle laws
Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely (UK driving licence required; HGV licence preferred)
