Join our Housing Solution & Support Service as a team leader to deliver a responsive and customer-focused Allocation & Application Service.
In this role, you'll ensure Birmingham City Council's Housing Allocation Scheme is administered within legislative requirements. You'll support the Team Manager in managing daily allocations/shortlisting operations, provide expert advice to stakeholders, and supervise and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
Additionally, you'll negotiate and administer nomination agreements, conduct impartial housing registration reviews, and contribute to service performance reporting and improvement.
