This is a field-based role working for our client, a leading provider of both nursing and residential care homes. You will be responsible for supporting their care & nursing homes, predominately covering Suffolk & Norfolk.

Train and Mentor Managers and Staff: Cultivate a positive, inclusive work culture that promotes growth and professional development. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and business growth, identifying areas for improvement to meet financial goals. Regulatory Compliance: Develop action plans to meet regulatory standards and manage risks effectively. Quality Care Assessment: Regularly review care delivery, implementing necessary improvements for optimal care. Resident Well-Being: Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for residents. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and other metrics to measure and enhance outcomes consistently.Requirements:
Registered nurse (NMC) with post-registration experience Experienced in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting Thorough understanding of financial management, compliance, and regulatory standards in the care home sector Strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Knowledgeable in best practices for quality care and creating a supportive environment for elderly residentsReady to take the next step?
