We are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator passionate about getting it right for our customers.
1. With a keen eye for the detail, you will investigate product quality queries ensuring all the relevant information is passed across to our suppliers to make sure we are always maintaining the highest level of quality in all our products.
2. Another aspect of the role will be to assist with the collection of customer reviews via the review platform. You should be comfortable using Excel and be able to identify trends in data and relay this to the relevant departments to help drive improvements for our customers.
3. Multi tasking is a must, you should be comfortable switching between tasks and working to deadlines.
