CONTRACT TYPE: 37.5 hours per week
Bristol City Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to work in our busy kitchen at The Robins High Performance Centre in Failand. You will help keep our kitchens in an immaculate and organised condition and assist in the preparation of food for our Athletes and staff.
We are looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef and his team in the provision of nutritious food for professional football players and staff, ensuring our players are at their optimal performance level each day.

Duties and Responsibilities
The role includes the following responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in the preparation of healthy, nutritious food for professional athletes
* Work autonomously in the kitchen when needed
* Assist in the management of Kitchen porters and Kitchen Assistants when on shift
* Adhere to health and safety / food safety procedures at all times
* Maintain personal hygiene standards
* Undergo relevant training as required
* Contribute new ideas
* Assist in the creation and delivery of new menus
* Report maintenance issues following correct procedures
* Assist the Head Chef in any tasks required of the Kitchen
* Oversee the delivery of food on one of our hot counter services
Qualifications
You will have catering experience and a willingness to learn, with a positive outlook to join our team.

As the job is situated at our training facility, it would be ideal if the applicant has their own transport. You will be flexible as you would be working 5 days out of 7, including some weekends. We occasionally ask for flexibility in hours as working within football can change quickly.
The Robins High Performance Centre is a state-of-the-art training facility based in Failand where Bristol City First Team and Academy teams train alongside Bristol City Women’s FC. It’s a busy environment, and we work relentlessly to deliver great service for our teams.
