A well-established homecare company that has been operating over 15 years is currently recruiting for a new Registered Manager role in the Farnborough area of Hampshire!
This company have an outstanding reputation for quality and are seeking an experienced Care manager or strong Deputy to continue the excellent service whilst expanding in the area. You will receive excellent levels of support from a long-standing senior management team – allowing you to focus fully on managing the team and further developing the service.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
1. Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
2. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
3. Ensure service is Compliant with CQC regulations
4. Effectively manage the team and ensure staff morale remains high
5. Continue the growth of hours among private clients and other potential avenues for growth
Registered Manager Requirements:
6. Previous care management experience
7. Driver with own vehicle
8. Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
9. Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
10. A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
11. Level 5 qualification
