Shape Inspiring Spaces Where Communities Thrive
At St Monica Trust, we don’t just build and maintain buildings - we create vibrant, welcoming
communities where older people can live independently and joyfully. With a stunning estate
that includes award-winning retirement villages and care homes, we’re committed to
delivering spaces that make a real difference in people’s lives.
As our Capital Projects Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping this vision, leading the
delivery of capital projects that enhance our estate. Whether it’s developing new buildings,
refurbishing heritage spaces, or delivering innovative upgrades, this is your chance to make
a lasting impact in a role with purpose.
Your Role
You’ll take the lead on planning, managing and delivering a variety of construction and
refurbishment projects across the Trust’s portfolio. From concept to completion, you’ll
oversee budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest
standard. Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors, you’ll ensure our
spaces not only meet the practical needs of our communities but also enrich the lives of the
people who live and work in them.
